1. Should be Inter Mediate Pass With Physics and Mathematics From Recognised Board.

2. "O" Level form DOEACC (NIELIT) or any other similar qualification.

      Any degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics that should be recognised by UP Govt.

EXAMINATION FEES

• ₹400/- only for all category students.

SELECTION PROCESS :

1. Written Test

Candidates who will secure 40% marks in Written Test will be declared as Qualified for Computer Typing Test Based on Merit they get in Written Test.

1.	General Knowledge	50
2.	Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning	50
3.	Computer Science	100
4.	Total Marks	200

2. Computer Typing Test

Eligible candidates will be called for Computer Typing Test in Both English and Hindi Language. The criteria for Pass in Typing Test would be :

A. English Typing Test : 30 Words Per Minute - Duration of Test : 15 Minutes

B. Hindi Typing Test : 25 Words Per Minute Duration of Test : 15 Minutes

Hindi Typing Test would be conducted on Unicode Font based Inscript Keyboard layout.

The UP Police department called 3 times candidates of respective reservation categories of vacant post i.e. - 666 * 3 = 1998 candidates for typing test. The typing test will be of qualifying nature, no marks will be given for typing test. If the candidate qualify the typing test then he/she will be eligible for selection. Merit list will be prepare on the basis of marks obtained in written exam.
